Get Better
Dr. Angelo Sadeghpour

What would it feel like to simply feel like yourself again?

Beyond the pill.

Wouldn't it be nice if treatment adapted to you — not the other way around? We bring every tool in modern psychiatry to the table, so your path to feeling better is easy from day one.

01

Precision Medication

Medication often helps when symptoms are severe and we use it thoughtfully adapted to your biology so it makes you feel the way you want to feel.

02

Psychotherapy

Some people process by talking through the past. Others need to challenge distorted thinking. Some want to take action and move. We know all of them — and we'll find what clicks for you.

03

Neuromodulation

When talk and medication aren't enough, advanced brain stimulation therapies like TMS offer another path forward — backed by neuroscience, delivered with care.

Integrative Strategies

Your brain doesn't exist in a vacuum. Sleep, nutrition, movement, and how to handle life's demands with energy and calm — we address the full picture so treatment feels right.

05

Lifestyle Optimization

Sleep architecture, nutrition, exercise, and daily routines engineered to support your mental health from the ground up.

06

Academic & Professional Coaching

Strategic support for students, executives, and high-performers navigating demanding environments — from ADHD management to peak performance.

07

Supplement Guidance

Evidence-based supplement recommendations tailored to your neurochemistry — cutting through marketing noise to find what actually helps.

08

Deprescribing Support

Careful, medically supervised medication reduction when you're ready — because knowing when to stop is as important as knowing when to start.

Still have questions?

Do you accept insurance? +
We are not on any insurance panels currently, however your insurance may still cover us. On the upside, because we are a private-pay practice, it means there are no insurance gatekeepers, no session limits, you are able to reach us 24/7, and no one is between you and your doctor. You'll also have complete privacy. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement — many PPO plans cover 50–80% of out-of-network fees, but you need to check with them.
What happens during the first appointment? +
The initial consultation is a 60-minute session where Dr. Sadeghpour reviews your history, understands your goals, and collaboratively develops a personalized treatment plan. We are able to send any orders for medications, start therapy, and get anything else started including a detailed supplement and nutritional plan and so forth.
What does treatment cost? +
60 min (typical duration of intake): $500

30 min (typical follow-up): $250

For some patients, who wish to have a longer initial intake to share their full history (and not wait for future sessions), when there's significant cognitive limitations and family need to be interviewed, or a vast psychiatric history requiring review of many pages, the session may take longer (90 mins or more). In that case, we will bill you at our standard rate for the full intake session time. Afterwards, you decide the frequency and intensity... if you're just doing medications with us, it will eventually be a 30 min appointment every few months, but more frequently initially. If it's therapy, our sessions are 60 mins long and typically happen once a week or every two weeks for usually 5-10 sessions total. Brief phone calls under five minutes — checking in on a side effect, a quick med switch, or a dose adjustment — are never charged. FSA and HSA funds can be used to pay for all visits. We believe great care shouldn't come with surprise fees.
How do you work with patients? +
You get to choose the model that feels right for you — and we'll explore the options together during your intake session, including any adjustments for your specific situation.

1. Strategic Consulting — If you already have a psychiatrist and therapist, we serve as a specialist consultant, bringing either a 2nd expert opinion or deep expertise in areas most clinicians were never trained in: targeted supplements, drug-free non-invasive neuromodulation, holistic practices, among others.

2. Comprehensive Care — If you're in acute crisis — your family, career, or safety on the line — we can take the lead across all fronts to stabilize things quickly and comprehensively, then transition back to your existing or long-term team once the storm has passed.

3. Psychiatry + Everything Beyond Therapy — If you have a therapist you really like or love but need a psychiatrist, we handle medications and everything beyond therapy — while your therapist stays your therapist. We encourage keeping strong therapeutic alliances — it is highly beneficial.
What is your approach to treatment? +
Our philosophy is to leave no stone unturned, simply put. Most psychiatrists are smart, caring clinicians — but training leaves significant gaps in areas that can make an enormous difference: targeted supplementation, neuromodulation, stress physiology, movement planning, diet and nutrition, and strategic deprescribing. We bring all of it and more to the table. You also get Dr. Sadeghpour's direct cell phone number for quick questions between sessions. Treatment follows three stages:

1. Stabilization

2. Investigation

3. Optimization

Our objective is to not just solve the problem but build a foundation for long-term vitality, clarity, and the kind of sustained peak performance that transforms what you're capable of — in your career, your relationships, and your life.
How does telehealthcare work? +
Most appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. You'll receive a private link before each session. Telehealthcare allows the same depth of care as in-person visits, as demonstrated in countless studies, with the convenience of connecting from wherever you are in California or Florida.
How long are follow-up sessions? +
Follow-up medication sessions are typically 30 minutes, and therapy sessions are usually 50 minutes allowing 10 minutes for documentation. Unlike many practices, we don't rush appointments — session length is guided by clinical need, not a timer.
What if I have an emergency? +
We can handle urgent situations, but if you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. You may also contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988. Our practice provides scheduled outpatient care and is not an emergency service.
